Prepare Yourself

* Hydrate well before class.
* Come to class on an empty stomach.
* Dress to sweat- room temperature is 40° C.
* Classes are 90 minutes- be prepared to stay in the room.
* Feeling faint or dizzy is normal- take a knee until recovery.

What to Bring

* Yoga Mat- good quality, 6mm thick. Available for hire: € 2
* Towel- large enough to cover your mat. Available for hire: € 2
* Water- preferably mineral water. Volvic 1.5L available for € 2

* Come as often as you can for maximum benefit.
